Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at CPI Selection. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the UK, EMEA, and the US.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in solution selling, with a strong background in sales infrastructure and a keen eye for spotting new opportunities. You will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with CROs and VPs of Sales and Marketing.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-paced sales cycle, typically consisting of a 2-stage process with a 4-6 week turnaround and an average starting order value of £50k. Our dedicated SDR team has a proven track record of booking quality meetings per week, and our company boasts a closing ratio of 1 in every 3 final meetings/pitches.
