The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team and lead our staff in delivering exceptional customer service. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of staff to ensure that our customers receive outstanding service
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the pub, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with the management team to achieve business objectives
