About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team at Bank of America. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software solutions using Java and related technologies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that software solutions meet business requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and ensure that solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and ensure that it is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development and ensure that the team is aware of any changes or updates.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in Java development and related technologies.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
