Nuffield Health seeks motivated Poolside Coaches

At Nuffield Health, we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

We are looking for experienced coaches who can engage and inspire swimmers to achieve their swimming goals.

The ideal candidate will be able to make the most out of every opportunity to help people learn and develop, delivering one-to-one lessons or group classes with a fun and engaging approach.

A successful Poolside Coach will promote memberships by explaining the advantages that our facilities offer, and be a positive role model with a talent for teaching that meets people's individual needs.

Our competitive hourly rate is up to £20.00 per hour, and as a Poolside Coach working on an ad-hoc basis, you'll have the flexibility to choose your hours to suit the needs of the business and your availability.
