We are seeking an experienced Training Lead to join our team at the Mercedes-Benz Apprentice Academy in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for managing a team of trainers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality training to our apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of trainers to deliver training to apprentices
  • Develop and implement training schedules and plans
  • Ensure compliance with Mercedes-Benz policies and procedures
  • Monitor and report on training progress and performance
  • Collaborate with the Training and Quality Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality training
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role
  • Project management experience
  • Recent Mercedes-Benz brand and/or retailer experience
  • Recent experience operating within an apprenticeship programme training environment
  • Experience of delivering and/or developing training using a variety of platforms
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary up to £38,900 DOE
  • Company vehicle
  • Full-time employment (Monday to Friday)
