We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

As a Doggie Daycare Team Member, you will be responsible for creating a fun and safe experience for our furry guests. This includes supervising and interacting with dogs in our daycare facility, organizing engaging activities such as group play sessions, walks, and mental stimulation exercises.

You will also maintain a clean and hygienic environment by regularly sanitizing play areas and equipment. Additionally, you will monitor and report any signs of illness, injury, or behavioral concerns to the management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and interact with dogs in our daycare facility
  • Organize and lead engaging activities such as group play sessions, walks, and mental stimulation exercises
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic environment by regularly sanitizing play areas and equipment
  • Monitor and report any signs of illness, injury, or behavioral concerns
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and addressing any concerns or requests
  • Assist in the check-in and check-out process

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Genuine love and understanding of dogs, with a commitment to their welfare and happiness
  • Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments, ensuring their safety and maintaining control in group settings
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in animal care is preferred but not required
  • Must have Level 3 Animal Management Qualification or equivalent
