As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
  • Working closely with the store manager to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Maintaining the highest standards of presentation and customer service in the store
  • Developing and implementing effective sales and customer service strategies to drive sales and profit growth
