Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a range of self-serve reports to provide insights and drive better business decisions and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain core business KPI reporting dashboards.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify key reporting needs.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Look for opportunities to improve our existing reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
  • Ad hoc analysis.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience developing reports in a BI tool, with Tableau essential.
  • Advanced SQL skills, with experience working with large-scale customer databases. Exposure to clickstream and Google PPC data is preferable.
  • A confident communicator.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Maintains a strong eye for detail and possesses excellent critical thinking skills.
  • Previous experience working in an ecommerce/digital business is preferable.
