Job Title: Disconnections Coordinator

As a Disconnections Coordinator at UK Power Networks, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our disconnections programme. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a programme of work, ensuring that all quotations and delivery timescales are met and delivered following regulatory processes to the highest possible standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a programme of work to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulatory processes
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Manage project budgets to achieve financial targets
  • Ensure work is delivered in compliance with Company procedures and to the required standards
  • Support the area in preparation, readiness, and implementation for system emergencies
