Job Title: Knowledge Management Lawyer

Latham & Watkins LLP is seeking a Knowledge Management Lawyer to support the delivery of a broad portfolio of knowledge resources in our Antitrust and Competition practice group. The role will be located in our London office and may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring current legal, regulatory, and market developments and informing attorneys of these developments through appropriate means.
  • Drafting and maintaining standard forms, templates, guidance notes and other knowledge resources to help our practitioners to work at the highest level.
  • Supporting the training programmes of the practice group, providing substantive training to the associates and trainees as well as more general training on knowledge resources generally.
  • Supporting the delivery of the firm's regular thought leadership publications and wider thought leadership efforts, including developing ideas for articles and writing and editing content.
  • Participating in external forums with members of the wider legal community and external service providers in order to keep abreast of regulatory and industry developments.
  • Generally acting as a sounding board for technical legal queries from partners and associates.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor of Laws (or equivalent).
  • Post-qualification experience as a practising lawyer in the competition law practice of a leading international law firm.
  • The ability to work independently on and deliver projects of significant complexity on a timely basis.
