About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Team Lead to help us deliver exceptional service experiences. This exciting role will see you motivating a team of passionate people while supporting and occasionally stepping in for the General Manager.
- You'll be responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently when the General Manager is away.
- Creating a warm welcome to guests comes naturally to you, making every first impression count to ensure experiences delight from the get-go.
- Keeping a watchful eye over customer feedback means your team is always adapting to maintain high standards and improve where necessary.
- You'll support the full team including Front and Back of House during peak times, ensuring a consistently high level of service.
- You'll oversee the consistent production of a quality food offering and recognize the importance of the Kitchen Team.
- A keen eye for detail means you keep all admin and cash management systems ticking along as they should, taking responsibility when the General Manager is away.
- You know health and safety regulations like the back of your hand.
- Team members see you as an inspiring role model and know they can depend on you for support and development.
- You take pride and responsibility for your own development, with an eye towards becoming a General Manager one day.
As our ideal candidate, you can expect a competitive salary between £25,000 and £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as:
