Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a Territory Consultant to join our team and work closely with B&Q stores to drive sales and product awareness. As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets and exceed expectations.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and exceed expectations.
  • Establish strong relationships with store associates, store management, and customer contacts.
  • Conduct product knowledge training sessions for all B&Q Store teams.
  • Continually promote and represent the brand and product strengths to B&Q store teams and consumers.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, or merchandising.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring others.
  • Retail experience.
