Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors with a warm welcome, providing a friendly, efficient, and professional service
  • Manage the visitors book, ensuring it is completed properly and visitors are directed to their destination promptly
  • Provide excellent customer service to visitors and colleagues, responding promptly to email enquiries
  • Support with general office duties, including payroll and recruitment & selection
