We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialty Doctor to join our CAMHS Family Eating Disorder Service in Sussex. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality clinical assessments and treatment plans for children and young people with eating disorders and their families.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist clinical assessments and treatment plans for children and young people with eating disorders
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective and caring services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families and carers to ensure the best possible outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service strategies and policies
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team that is committed to delivering high-quality services to children and young people with eating disorders. As a Specialty Doctor, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of professionals, including nurses, therapists, and other specialists, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.

Requirements
  • 4 years at full-time postgraduate training or higher in a relevant specialty
  • Fully registered with the GMC with a licence to practise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
