Plumber Wanted for Social Housing Roles

We are seeking a highly skilled Plumber to join our team at Empower Digital Limited in Selkirk, Scottish Borders Region. This role involves delivering plumbing maintenance, installations, and repairs within Social Housing settings.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in maintenance and reactive plumbing, with a strong work ethic and commitment to completing an honest 8-hour workday. Participation in an on-call rota (approximately 1 in 4 weeks) is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Void property upgrades (primarily plumbing-related tasks).
  • Reactive plumbing repairs.
  • Plumbing upgrades and installations in homes and respite/care facilities.
  • Bathroom and kitchen refurbishments.
  • Ensuite upgrades.
  • Medical adaptations and installations (e.g., WCs, baths).
  • Assist other trades as required.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified plumber with experience in reactive and maintenance plumbing.
  • Familiarity with Social Housing settings is preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing an honest 8-hour workday.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Borders region as required.
