Job Overview

At Consumer Additions and Consumer Exec, we are seeking a skilled Marketing Strategy Director to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in developing and executing impactful offline marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

This role requires someone who is hands-on, flexible, and thrives in a collaborative yet autonomous culture. As a key player in our marketing team, you will have the autonomy to lead initiatives from ideation through to execution, often working independently to deliver high-quality, measurable results.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a brand marketing role, preferably within a high-growth Beauty, Fashion or Lifestyle brand. They should have a proven track record of planning and executing successful offline marketing campaigns and experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Offline Marketing Campaigns: Conceptualise and implement creative offline marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and align with broader company goals.
  • Manage Events and In-Store Experiences: Coordinate and oversee events, pop-up shops, in-store promotions, and experiential activations that drive foot traffic and enhance brand awareness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to ensure that campaign materials and visual assets reflect the brand's messaging and identity.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum based on location and experience.
