Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at an outstanding school located near Wavertree, Liverpool.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs to gain essential classroom experience and develop their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to pupils with complex needs
  • Assist class teachers with the running of the classroom and lesson planning
  • Work closely with pupils to develop their skills and confidence
  • Engage in bespoke training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Graduate with a 2:1 or above in an Education, Psychology or core subject degree
  • Relevant classroom experience – welcomed but not essential
  • Ability to commute to Wavertree
  • Individual ready for a challenge – a genuine passion for pursuing a career in SEN
What We Offer:
  • Full-time role – Monday-Friday – 32.5 hours per week – term-time only
  • Earn £460 - £480 per week
  • Start date: ASAP
