We are seeking an experienced Construction Operations Manager to join our team at Fawkes and Reece. In this key position, you will be responsible for ensuring that each development meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • To manage day-to-day operations on-site, leading a team and mentoring junior members while collaborating with contractors to keep the project on schedule and meeting targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of all aspects of construction and house building (traditional or timber frame).

Requirements

  • Proven ability to deliver weekly targets.
  • Good knowledge of NHBC standards and building regulations.
  • CSCS, 1st Aid, and SMSTS certifications.
  • Previous experience with a tier 1 housing developer would be desirable.
