Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with business leaders, departments, and key stakeholders to drive and improve organisational performance and people capability by supporting and implementing the learning and development priorities and agenda aligned to strategic business needs and objectives.
Responsibilities:- Support the design, building, and delivery of training courses - primarily health & safety, competency-based or soft skills
- Analyse training needs across the business and identify opportunities for improvement
- Coach and support line managers to develop high-performing teams and track learning effectiveness
- Collate and analyse L&D data to create metrics and trends to influence positive change across the business
- Experience of training, coaching, and facilitating teams and individuals
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
- A proactive nature and drive with a strong desire to succeed and improve
- Strong administration, planning, and organisational skills
