About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Computer Repair Technician to join our team at SimplyFixIt. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of computer hardware and software, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Diagnose and repair computer hardware and software issues efficiently and effectively.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  3. Work independently, using initiative and judgment to resolve technical problems.
What You'll Need
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a computer or mobile phone repair store.
  • Strong technical knowledge, including computer hardware and software.
  • Professional and organised work habits, including meeting deadlines and maintaining a tidy workspace.
Salary and Benefits
  • A salary range of £13-£14 per hour, based on experience, skills, and performance.
