About the Opportunity

PAS Capital is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Attorney - Legal Expertise to join their team. This role involves managing a busy caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, providing expert legal advice, and communicating effectively with clients and third parties.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from initial instruction to completion.
  2. Conduct thorough property searches and due diligence, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements.
  3. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and lease agreements.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of post-qualification experience in conveyancing, strong technical knowledge of residential and commercial property law, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Estimated Salary and Benefits:
