Salary
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £15.39 per hour during the day and £16.98 per hour at night, with overtime rates of £22.00 and £24.22 respectively. The pay is pro-rata to 40.25 hours per week, and overtime is paid for hours worked outside the rota.

Job Description
We are recruiting for FLT Counterbalance Drivers to work in our client's warehouse in Northampton. As a FLT Counterbalance Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a counterbalance forklift truck to move goods around the warehouse. You will need to have a valid B2 licence and experience driving FLT in a fast-paced warehouse environment with excellent safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 1 year's experience working in a warehouse or logistics facility. You will also need to have a valid B2 licence and experience driving FLT in a fast-paced warehouse environment with excellent safety standards. Additionally, you will need to be physically fit and able to work at heights. Some manual handling experience is required, and a D1 reach licence is useful but not essential.
