About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Agri Anaerobic Digestion Operator. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our anaerobic digestion plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Site Manager with the safe operation of the site, including loading and sorting of feedstocks via Telehandler.
  • Carry out data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure optimal plant performance.
  • Conduct site general housekeeping and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Assist with planned downtime of key equipment for planned, safe, and cost-effective overhaul.
Requirements
  • Ability to work unsupervised for periods of time and be undeterred by physical dirty work.
  • Experience in Telehandler operation, confined spaces, working at heights, and first aid.
  • Qualification or experience in mechanical and/or electrical systems.
  • Ability to follow procedure and protocol, experience of cost control, and working within budget.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and a great team player with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances effectively.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary up to £28,000 per annum dependent on experience.
  • Allowance and overtime paid for approved additional hours worked.
