Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled National Account Manager to join our team at The Flava People. As a key member of our B2B sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with food manufacturers, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and grow strategic relationships with food manufacturers across multiple categories\
  • Collaborate with clients to develop flavour solutions tailored to their products\
  • Leverage your commercial expertise to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and drive category success\
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights on market trends and consumer preferences\
  • C coordinate closely with internal teams (NPD, Marketing, Operations) to deliver on projects and exceed expectations\

Requirements

\

To succeed in this role, you will need 3+ years of experience in a National Account Manager or relevant B2B sales role, knowledge of the food manufacturing industry and its dynamics, strong commercial acumen, including forecasting and pricing, creative thinking, and a passion for innovation.
