Job Title: Pre-Construction Manager, MOD Projects

Page Green is seeking a skilled Pre-Construction Manager to join our team in the Defence Sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and assessing MOD projects, working closely with the MOD and reporting to a Senior Project Manager.

About the Role:
  • Develop an initial assessment and plan for construction and maintenance work
  • Liaise with MOD senior personnel and assess and plan projects effectively
  • Bring in internal design and financial management expertise and outside expertise where necessary
  • Put together a plan, estimate, assessment, and outline financial programme for proposed project work
