As a Service Advisor with Jago Consultants, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standard of customer service and satisfaction in the motor vehicle industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to vehicle owners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken, providing clear and transparent communication.
- Sell additional products and services as appropriate to customers' needs, promoting our company's offerings.
- Coordinate and manage the service and repair process, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Update customer and vehicle records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
- Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and complete invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Service Advisor in the motor vehicle industry.
