Care Team Manager

At Akari Care, we strive to create an environment where our residents feel valued, respected, and cared for. As a Care Team Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.
You will work closely with our care assistants to observe, review, and finalize care planning needs, assist with social activities, and support the training and supervision of junior colleagues.
We offer a competitive salary of £15.27 per hour, a pension contribution of 5%, and a comprehensive benefits package including uniform provision, DBS check costs paid, and fully funded training and development.
