Tax Advisory Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Taxation Manager to join our team. As a Private Advisory Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing a client portfolio, providing taxation advice, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop team members, conducting performance reviews and setting objectives.
- Manage a client portfolio, using your knowledge and skills to add value to the offering.
- Ensure the overall quality of individual client assignments and production of a complete product within budget.
- Work with other team members to scope out client requirements and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Proactively liaise with management team members on individual clients, ensuring they are well-informed and receive regular updates.
- Build a network of potential new clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Actively participate in pitching for new business opportunities and developing tender documents.
- Possessing either full CTA, ATT, AAT, ACA, or ACCA qualifications or experienced as a Tax Lead.
- Demonstrated proficiency in collaborating within a team environment.
- Must have UK Accounting/Practice experience.
- Must have UK Private Tax advisory experience.
- People management experience.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
