Job Description

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of merchandise presentation, and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising Sales Associates during shifts, addressing any issues that may arise, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Managing stockroom organization, merchandising, and loss prevention targets.
  • Coordinating with the ASM and SM to maintain holiday, attendance, and team scheduling.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership skills and experience in retail management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with LEGO products and company culture.
