About The Role:

We are recruiting for an experienced and skilled Executive Culinary Expert to join our Catering team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering our outstanding food and drink offering to our clients and site visitors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring food quality and taste meet the highest standards.
  • Managing inventory of stock and ordering raw materials.
  • Controlling budgets and minimising wastage.
  • Maintaining health and hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Preparing and cooking for clients and customers.
  • Supporting the site in the absence of the Senior Chef.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
