Job Description:

The successful candidate will join our Digital Activation Team as a Performance Media Executive, responsible for optimizing existing campaigns and supporting the creation of new ones. The primary objective is to leverage data from paid ads and analytics to drive insights and actions for improved campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Manage Google and Microsoft Ads, perform general account maintenance, and ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Campaign Creation: Develop new campaigns, stay up-to-date with the latest updates and trends from Google, and implement effective budget management and tracking.
  • Data Analysis: Gather data from accounts to inform upcoming campaigns, campaign optimization, and landing page amendments, and implement conversion tracking.
  • Client Reporting: Provide client-facing reporting and recommendations, collaborate with internal departments, and complete ad-hoc digital marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in performance media, particularly from an agency background.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to manage client relationships, experience working with SEMrush, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work on multiple tasks at once, demonstrate flexibility and efficient prioritization.
