Contract Systems Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Systems Analyst to join our team at InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our departmental network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical support and maintenance services for our departmental network infrastructure, including firewall and intrusion prevention systems, network monitoring and management tools, and virtual private network (VPN) services.
  2. Design and implement network projects, including feasibility studies, system design, procurement, installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  3. Monitor and manage network utilization and performance, and control the allocation of computer resources.
  4. Develop and maintain system manuals and departmental IT security policies and guidelines.
  5. Work with a team of senior IT/IT officers to provide guidance and performance monitoring.
  6. Support IT security audits and regular meetings with clients.
  7. Be available to answer calls and provide advice on handling incidents.
Requirements:
  1. Hold a Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) or Check Point Certified Security Master (CCSM) qualification, or equivalent.
  2. Have solid working experience in system administration and technical support of firewall and intrusion prevention systems, network monitoring and management tools, and virtual private network (VPN) services.
  3. Have experience in designing and implementing network projects, including feasibility studies, system design, procurement, installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  4. Have experience in monitoring and managing network utilization and performance, and controlling the allocation of computer resources.
  5. Have experience in developing and maintaining system manuals and departmental IT security policies and guidelines.
  6. Have experience in working with a team of senior IT/IT officers to provide guidance and performance monitoring.
  7. Have experience in supporting IT security audits and regular meetings with clients.
  8. Be available to answer calls and provide advice on handling incidents.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Hold a Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
  2. Have experience in working with H3C backbone network switches, network monitoring and management tools, and virtual private network (VPN) services.
  3. Have experience in designing and implementing network projects, including feasibility studies, system design, procurement, installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  4. Have experience in monitoring and managing network utilization and performance, and controlling the allocation of computer resources.
  5. Have experience in developing and maintaining system manuals and departmental IT security policies and guidelines.
  6. Have experience in working with a team of senior IT/IT officers to provide guidance and performance monitoring.
  7. Have experience in supporting IT security audits and regular meetings with clients.
  8. Be available to answer calls and provide advice on handling incidents.
Working Arrangements:

The successful candidate will be required to work on a full-time contract basis, with a normal service period of Mondays to Fridays, 09:00 to 17:48, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

The contract period will be from 02 Dec 2024 to 31 Dec 2024.

The monthly salary range will be HK$ N/A - N/A.
