We are seeking an experienced Team Leader who can create an exceptional guest experience and support the management team in delivering their vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and mentor your team to achieve high standards
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to develop and implement strategies
  • Ensure compliance and standards are maintained in the manager's absence
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old, as this role involves the sale of alcohol
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
