Project Manager - Large Format Printer

Our client, a leading provider of large format printing solutions, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. As a key member of the sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for handling project tasks at all levels of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate large format printing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to prepare purchase orders, arrange deliveries, and manage installation crews.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Work closely with the Head of Large Format to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Utilize project management tools, such as Trello boards, to track project progress and ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage the installation crews' diary on a weekly basis, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely completion of projects.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the business, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clear understanding and expectations.
  • Proficiently use Microsoft Word and Excel to create and manage project documents and reports.
  • Have previously worked with a management information system, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in the printing industry, with a sound knowledge of running and managing print projects.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and control multiple project functions simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Previous experience working with a management information system.
