Learner Driver Coach Wanted

My Four Wheels is a well-established driving school in the UK, with a growing network of instructors and trainees.

The ongoing issue of test centre backlogs caused by COVID-19 has created a high demand for driving lessons. Consequently, our Driving Instructors see their hourly rates increase by £3 on average, while over 70% of them have waiting lists extending up to six months.

Do you think you would be a good fit for a role as a Driving Instructor?

  • You must possess exceptional interpersonal skills.

Candidates with experience in:

  • The driving industry (HGV driver, delivery driver, van driver, LGV driver, and bus driver).
  • The IT industry (IT support, cyber security, web designer, engineers, and web developer).

We provide thorough training, usually held locally whenever possible. Our instructor pass rates outperform industry benchmarks, and we reimburse all training expenses when you collaborate with us. To qualify as a Driving Instructor, you need to meet these conditions:

  • Hold a valid UK driving license (or approved foreign license) for at least two years.
  • Not been banned from driving within the past four years.

We estimate that the compensation can reach £25-£35 per hour based on your location and experience level.
