We are seeking an experienced Residential Sales Professional to join our team at Maitland Selwyn, a prestigious 5-star developer. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the sales process for a new homes development in Leicestershire.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position that includes weekend work and requires strong communication and customer service skills.
  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, conducting viewings, and closing sales.
Requirements:
  • To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years' sales experience within the new homes industry.
  • Strong ability to close sales and meet targets is essential.
  • You should also be professional, driven, and customer-focused.
Estimated Salary: £42,000 per annumBenefits:
