Senior Care Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled and caring Bank Senior Care Assistant to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you will provide cover as needed, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care and support. You will work closely with the clinical team to support medication management, assessments, and care planning.
Responsibilities:- Provide cover as needed, including annual leave and sick leave
- Support the clinical team in medication management, assessments, and care planning
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents
To be successful as a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You should also possess specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We are looking for individuals who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualised care and support to our residents.
