Property Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and landlords to ensure smooth property management.
  • Address maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Conduct routine inspections to maintain property standards.
  • Manage check-outs and ensure properties are prepared for new tenants.
  • Oversee safety compliance and ensure all properties meet regulatory requirements.
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 180 properties.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
  • Experience in property management or lettings is beneficial, but a willingness to learn is essential.
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
