We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Orthodontics Outpatient Receptionist at the Royal Alexandra Children's Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our patients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- To provide high-quality administrative support to the Orthodontics Outpatient Team, including managing patient appointments, responding to phone calls and emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- To work effectively with other departments within the Trust to ensure seamless communication and efficient delivery of services.
- To maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Degree or equivalent experience in administration, healthcare, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
