Job Title: Advanced Clinical Practitioner Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner Nurse to join our team at North Lewisham Primary Care Network. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our nursing team
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the development of our clinical services and programs
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our quality improvement plan
Requirements:
  • Current RGN registration
  • Membership of a professional body (RCN)
  • Advanced Nurse Practitioner degree or BSc in Emergency Care (or equivalent)
  • Independent Non-Medical Prescriber Qualification (V300)
Desirable:
  • Advanced Nurse Practitioner MSc or working towards
  • Minimum of 2 years administration experience in any setting
  • Experience of working with local North Lewisham community
  • Experience of General Practice
  • Supervisory and management experience
