Job Description

The primary responsibility of this position is to assess credit proposals for buy-to-let cases and manage BTL applications from various types of clients, including portfolio landlords, SPVs, HMOs, expats, holiday lets, and standard BTL mortgage applicants.

  • Manage a portfolio of buy-to-let applications, ensuring timely processing and high-quality decision-making.
  • Present proposals to risk committees and collaborate with other teams to maintain effective underwriting practices.

As a Senior BTL Underwriting Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our client's business in the UK market.

Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in UK buy-to-let underwriting with full working rights.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
