Head of People and Culture

Join COREcruitment Ltd as a key member of our Senior HR Team

Established hospitality group seeks experienced professional to drive people strategy

As a key member of our Senior HR Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the People and Culture Strategy for the Business

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing the People Plan with the senior team to drive high performance, internal progression, and organisational effectiveness
  • Providing HR advice on culture, wellbeing, recognition, and building sustainable engagement to management teams
  • Working closely with in-division Resourcing and Learning teams to drive results and deliver on activities

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of group people policies and network
