Your Mission

Welcome to Sungrow - EMEA, where you will play a key role in delivering clean power solutions. As our next Remote Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing first-level support for O&M issues, communicating with customers, and troubleshooting complex problems.

  • We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team and handle GSP system tickets for O&M work.
  • As a Remote Support Engineer, you will work closely with the Region Service Team to identify problems, develop corrective action plans, and track progress.
  • You will be responsible for scheduling and executing preventive and predictive maintenance with the Region Service Team, as well as managing stock levels and spare parts inventory.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as you will be working with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Experience with electrical equipment, PV inverters, and string inverters is highly desirable.
  • As a Remote Support Engineer, you will be based in the UK and will be required to travel occasionally for site visits and training.
Your Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in electrical engineering. If you have a passion for renewable energy and a desire to work with a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply.

  • Education: Electrical Engineer degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Language: English language proficiency (C1 level or higher).
  • Location: Based in the UK with occasional travel required.
