**ECM Syndicate Team**

We are a dynamic team of professionals who work together to deliver high-impact financing solutions to our corporate and financial sponsor clients. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile equity transactions across EMEA.

The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience in ECM, syndicate, investment banking, or equity sales. A Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field is required. Strong analytical and quantitative skills are essential, as well as proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Microsoft Office.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the origination, structuring, and execution of equity transactions.
  • Monitor equity markets and provide real-time market analysis to senior team members and clients.
  • Work with sales and trading teams to gauge investor demand and build relationships with key institutional investors.
  • Perform in-depth financial analysis and valuation to support the pricing and structuring of transactions.

**Salary Range:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
