What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner

As a keyworker, you will be responsible for ensuring every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs. You will also take ownership of observation, assessment, and planning for your key children, and ensure that we encourage and praise children's development and achievements.
