As Deputy Dean, you will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement our Learning and Teaching Strategy, driving innovation and excellence in teaching practices. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and support staff development, promoting a transformative academic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead the implementation of the Learning and Teaching Strategy within the School
  • To drive innovative teaching practices and promote pedagogical advancements
  • To develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including students, staff, and employers
  • To provide guidance and support to staff on teaching and learning matters

Requirements:

  • A PhD in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of leadership and management in education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
