About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and flexible Support Team Member to join our team at NEXT. As a Support Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our stores are well-stocked and ready for the busy Christmas period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process stock quickly and accurately, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, and putting stock away.
  • Locate, pack, and transfer stock in and out of store.
  • Meet deadlines to deliver stock to customers on time.
  • Keep operational areas of the store clean, tidy, and organized.
  • Work in all areas of the store as needed, including sales floors, to offer fast and friendly service.
  • Support and communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and managers.
  • Take control of your own development and contribute to the success of the team.

What's Next:

As part of your application, you will be required to complete an online assessment. This will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment.
