This is a full-time and permanent position with a well-established care company specializing in mental health, learning disabilities, and autism.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct the day-to-day operational management of the home, ensuring effective use of resources to provide a high-quality service.
- Collaborate with the Service Development Team to select and assess potential new residents, and facilitate their transition into the home if suitable.
- Ensure that all service users have a dynamic support plan, which involves the individual as much as possible, takes into account their needs and aspirations, and is reviewed regularly.
- Guarantee a safe environment that fosters personal development opportunities for service users, considering their practical, physical, and emotional needs.
- Work with the Personnel Department to support staff recruitment and selection, and assist the Area Manager in developing staffing strategies, policies, and procedures.
