About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Relief Pharmacist to join our team at Superdrug. As a Relief Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our pharmacy network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of great service, stock control, operational, and GPhC standards in our pharmacies.
  • Work collaboratively with the Regional Healthcare Manager to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Provide clinical, professional, and management expertise to our pharmacy teams.
  • Lead and coach pharmacy staff to deliver exceptional patient care and exceed targets.
Requirements
  • GPhC qualified pharmacist with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Preferably with experience of working in a community pharmacy.
  • Understanding of NHS pharmacy funding and ability to maximise profit through target achievement.
  • Full driving license to cover multiple stores.
