As a Contracts Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing documents, and strengthening customer relations. Your meticulous attention to detail, effective communication skills, and strong organisational abilities will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Producing payment applications for work carried out
  • Liaising with our site team and warehouse to ensure accurate and timely delivery of supplies
  • Arranging servicing and maintenance of company vehicles
